These terms apply to this website and bookings made with Nicole Cortés Skin & Aesthetics. Your checkout and confirmation may include service-specific terms from the booking platform; read them before confirming.

2. Website information
Content is general information, not a diagnosis or personal medical advice. We take reasonable care with accuracy, but services, prices, durations, availability, expected downtime and other details may change. The live information shown during booking takes priority.
3. Booking and contract
A request is not confirmed until the booking platform issues confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking the selected service, practitioner, date, time, price and platform terms. Bookings must be made by an adult with capacity to agree to treatment, unless the studio has expressly agreed an appropriate alternative in advance.
4. Consultation and suitability
Booking does not guarantee treatment. Nicole may postpone, adapt or decline a treatment when it is not appropriate, information is incomplete, consent is not informed, expectations are unrealistic or safety may be affected. You must answer consultation questions honestly and tell Nicole about relevant medicines, health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures and changes before treatment.
5. Prescription treatments
Any prescription-only treatment requires an appropriate consultation and prescribing decision by a suitably qualified prescriber. It cannot be supplied merely because an appointment was requested or a previous treatment was received.
6. Prices, deposits and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Any deposit, card hold, payment timetable or refund condition is shown before confirmation and in your booking record. Payments handled by a third party are also subject to that provider's terms. We do not add optional charges without your express agreement.
7. Arrival, conduct and aftercare
Please arrive on time and follow preparation and aftercare instructions. Late arrival may shorten or require rescheduling an appointment where safe completion is no longer possible. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening or unsafe conduct may result in refusal of service.
8. Results, photography and testimonials
Results, recovery and longevity vary and cannot be guaranteed. Images and testimonials show individual experiences, not typical or promised outcomes. Clinical photography and marketing use require appropriate, separate permission; declining marketing permission does not affect your care.
9. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information you supply, failure to follow aftercare, or events outside reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website copy, branding, layout and owned photography may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
11. Complaints and governing law
Please contact the studio first so concerns can be reviewed promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory right to bring a consumer claim in another applicable UK court.
